1- If the project is simple and not complicated, and with sufficient experience and knowledge to complete it, and you have previously done similar projects, then the answer is: Yes

But there are also other factors that must be provided (to tell you that there is no objection to haste) and it is important in this case, including:

• Does it require a person or two if there is no objection?

• The duration of the project is a week or less if there is no objection.

• Is it required to implement it at the time of implementation, is it realistic or fictional?

• Do you really depend on the employee to do it? Are you sure? If yes then no objection.

• Do you consider that there are problems that may happen to coincidence, for example (power cuts, crash the file suddenly, shutting down the computer or the file, the employee saved the file somewhere and forgot where to save the work... etc. this is natural things that happen), If you consider these matters, then yes, no objection.

2. If the project is complex and you don't have sufficient experience and knowledge to complete it even if you do similar projects then the answer is: No

Here the urgency is the destruction of projects, silences, individuals, and problems that are difficult to solve and need additional time, why you are in a hurry because if you are in a hurry that will create problems that didn't exist did you know, or solve a problem with another problem, or use methods that you didn't use before and that is the first experience in your project, Gosh, this in itself is a waste of time, effort and work.

Please NOTE:

• Don't think that if you reduce the number of employees, you can reduce costs!!!!! not here you create a new problem, and the employee cannot work like two employees even if he is quick or experienced (the natural person cannot work on more than two jobs at one time).

• Don't hurry (in the hurry of regret), you will regret and waste time and money and you will have many adjustments and problems that need additional time if you don't follow the correct methods from the beginning, thinking that if you start with programming solutions you can solve your problems
