Fact and Reality

Fact and Reality

The first job means that you started with real-life and start accepting the truth. As an employee in your career life, it's not entirely yours, but rather you are taking a salary for your time and achievement.

Accept that the truth is that you will commit to sitting for eight hours and during this time you are required to abide by the laws and requirements that you are expected to fulfill with the utmost effort and the least time.

The fact that it is necessary to accept the reality is that self-employment is more difficult and requires sitting for more than ten hours where you have to endure more hardship in exchange for sitting in your home.

Everything has its advantages and disadvantages, I will tell you the difference between self-employment and employment:

  • Sometimes, in practice, you may work hours longer than ten hours a day.
  • There is no social or health insurance that you can participate in person.
