Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Illustrator

A giant program for drawing two-dimensional and semi-three-dimensional shapes, where it is recognized by the design market (to draw Victor)

Among its uses:

  • Brand design, logos envelopes, brochures, design templates, seals, bills, bonds, icons ... etc. for companies and businesses.
  • Designing fixed web pages.
  • Make 2D shapes as if they are 3D.
  • Prepare and Draw cartoon (characters) and elements that will move later in specialized programs such as aftereffect, Adobe character Animator or Tomboom.
  • Converting pictures to Victor, in other words, converting the images into curves and fonts that can be modified.
  • Drawing the Victor so that the usual images are composed of pixels, so if the images are larger than normal, the image will be pixelated, i.e. losing its quality .. While the Victor is not affected at all, it is composed of lines and curves.

As you can see there are many uses that the post cannot accommodate, as it is indispensable for the graphic designer, motion designer, and animation designer.

There is a competitor for it, which is the Corel Draw program, where there is no difference between them except when the user among them is the one who prefers one to the other, but the result is the same.

You can amend an element that you draw on the illustrator and add it to Photoshop. Once you have pressed the layer twice so you can directly amend the streetlight and save the file. If the adjustment is made directly to Photoshop.

This relationship will be noticed in other design programs, it's very useful, whatever the designer is the graphic designer or Motion Graphics and montage even for 3D artists.
